Opening for SENIOR MANAGER / DGM - TM & OD

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design, coordination, and execution of leadership development initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in implementing talent management frameworks, tools, and interventions aligned to organizational priorities.
- Coordinate succession planning processes, talent reviews, and leadership pipeline initiatives.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring a seamless employee and manager experience throughout the performance cycle.
- Coordinate and track the annual talent management calendar, ensuring timely execution of key talent and OD processes.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support team effectiveness and leadership capability-building initiatives.
- Contribute to culture-building and employee engagement initiatives that reinforce organizational values and desired behaviors.
- Support Organization Development interventions, including change management, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives as required.
- Analyse talent data and prepare insights, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Manage vendors, learning partners, assessments, and program logistics as required.
- Ensure strong program governance, stakeholder communication, process discipline, and follow-through across talent initiatives.




- Apply design-thinking principles while maintaining structured and scalable talent processes.

Candidate Profile

- 8-18 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning & Development, or related HR disciplines.
- Experience supporting and coordinating initiatives across:

- Leadership Development

- Talent Management

- Succession Planning

- Performance Management

- Organization Development

- Culture and Employee Engagement

- Team Effectiveness

- Change Management
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex talent processes with attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Strong process orientation, balanced with a creative and human-centered approach to designing employee and leadership experiences.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, reporting, and tracking talent outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Education & Certifications

- Postgraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Organization Development and Change Management will be an advantage.

- Preferred qualifications may include
- ODCP (Organization Development Certified Skilled)
- Post Graduate Diploma in OD & Change Management
