Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations, data flow and system usage across departments.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Projects, Purchase, CRM and HR teams for ERP-related requirements.

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation, reconciliation and reporting.

- Monitor ERP processes and identify system/data discrepancies.

- Generate and maintain MIS and management reports from ERP data.

- Coordinate with ERP vendors/IT teams for issues, customisation, upgrades and system support.

- Manage user access, permissions and basic system controls.

- Train employees on ERP processes and ensure proper system usage.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through ERP.

- Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, reports and changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in ERP management, ERP support, MIS or business systems.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle or real-estate ERP platforms.

- Solid Excel and MIS reporting skills.

- Good understanding of data management, reconciliation and reporting.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and ERP vendors.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Developer companies will be preferred.
