Role & responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online Tamil language training sessions for learners through virtual platforms.
- Teach Tamil to learners using Hindi as the primary medium of instruction.
- Follow Bhashas prescribed curriculum, lesson plans, PPTs, and training guidelines.
- Explain Tamil vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, pronunciation, and everyday conversations in a clear and structured manner.
- Customize explanations and activities based on the learners level and learning requirements while adhering to the approved curriculum.
- Encourage learners to actively participate in conversations, practice speaking, and build confidence in using Tamil.
- Conduct classes as per the scheduled timings and maintain professional punctuality and consistency.
- Provide appropriate feedback and guidance to learners to support their progress.
- Maintain accurate class records and complete required trainer-related updates and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Bhasha operations team regarding scheduling,



class requirements, learner progress, and other training-related matters.
- Attend trainer briefings, meetings, and quality reviews when required.
- Ensure a skilled, interactive, and learner-friendly online classroom experience.

1. Should have personal laptop

- candidates with prior teaching/training experience are preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered if they demonstrate strong language proficiency, good English communication,
- Experience conducting online 1:1 or group classes.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online teaching platforms.
- Relevant educational qualification or certification in the respective language is an added advantage.
