Ruvimo is seeking an enthusiastic General Science Tutor to work with elementary school students in the U.S.

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging 1:1 online Science sessions.
- Teach foundational concepts in life science, physical science, earth science, and basic scientific inquiry.
- Make science concepts easy to understand through examples and real-world applications.
- Help students with homework, assignments, and projects.
- Encourage curiosity, questioning, and critical thinking.
- Adapt teaching approaches based on the student's age and learning level.
- Track and communicate student progress.

Requirements

- Strong foundation in General Science.
- Prior experience teaching/tutoring elementary students preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to explain scientific concepts in a straightforward and engaging manner.
- Patient and enthusiastic teaching style.
- Comfortable teaching online.
