- Welcome and attend customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable two-wheeler details.
- Explain vehicle features, models, pricing, finance, and offers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate test rides and vehicle bookings.
- Handle showroom reception, incoming calls, and customer enquiries.
- Maintain customer details and lead records in DMS/CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and RTO teams.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
