Role Description The Nutritionist / Dietician Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the professional will assess individual nutritional needs, develop customized diet plans, and provide evidence-based nutritional counseling to clients, including athletes and wellness-focused individuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, monitoring progress on weight management and wellness goals, and delivering nutrition education through one-on-one sessions, group programs, or workshops.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to support product recommendations,



contributing to educational content related to sports nutrition and general health, and maintaining accurate records of client assessments and outcomes. The executive is expected to stay updated on current nutrition research and guidelines to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective recommendations aligned with Steadfast Nutrition’s standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply clinical and sports nutrition principles to diverse age groups and health profiles.
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling and Nutrition Education to guide individuals and groups with clear, empathetic, and practical advice.
- Experience in Weight Management, including designing and monitoring diet plans that support performance, wellness, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, or a related field; registration or certification as a dietitian/nutrition professional is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret medical reports and fitness assessments, and to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, coaches, and wellness teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach and attention to confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Comfort using digital tools for record-keeping, reporting, and educational materials; prior experience in sports nutrition or clinical nutrition is a plus.
