Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors. Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition. Maintain accurate nursing records, medication charts and patient documentation.

Assist psychiatrists and doctors during patient assessments and treatment. Ensure patient safety and maintain a calm, therapeutic environment. Handle emergencies according to hospital protocols. Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff and other departments.

Maintain hygiene, infection-control and professional nursing standards.



Conduct proper shift handovers and communicate important patient updates.

Candidate

Requirements GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution. Valid nursing registration. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Psychiatric/mental-health nursing experience will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient and responsible attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work according to assigned shifts.
