1.Sourcing & Talent Mapping

- Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends and competitor landscape.

2. Recruitment Process Management

- Draft job descriptions and ensure role clarity.
- Post job advertisements across platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews (telephonic/video).
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/functional interviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer.

3. Candidate Experience

- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure smooth scheduling, feedback, and communication.
