HIRING | NOC / PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST

Experience: 5 Years

We’re looking for an operations-minded NOC / Production Support professional — not just a monitoring resource.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor & investigate production alerts
- Incident triage, prioritization & escalation
- Identify business-impacting incidents
- Coordinate Major Incident Bridges
- Analyze logs, monitoring data & correlate alerts
- Communicate with technical teams & leadership
- Track incident timelines & follow-ups
- Ensure effective shift handovers
- Maintain & improve SOPs, playbooks & documentation
- Own incidents from detection → escalation → handoff

Required Skills

24x7 NOC / Production Support / IT Operations experience

Critical production monitoring & incident management

Application, Infrastructure & Network fundamentals

Cloud experience — GCP / GKE preferred

Monitoring & log-management experience

Good to Have: AppDynamics, Splunk, SolarWinds, Jira/JSM, OpsGenie, Kubernetes,



API/Service Monitoring, Production Application Support.

Ideal Candidate: Rapid learner, strong investigator, technically curious, calm under pressure, excellent communicator and strong in incident ownership.
