Site Acquisition Delivery

1. Ensure service request (SR) to hand over take over (HOTO) conversion for current sites as per monthly targets and customer requirements.
2. Drive monthly site proposal (SP) target achievement as per corporate dashboards, ensuring field executive productivity across site proposal (SP), hand over take over (HOTO), and ready for active installation (RFAI).
3. Resolve acquisition challenges by supporting teams on access, feasibility issues, and public resistance.
4. Review the zonal acquisition funnel and drive conversions through daily and weekly governance with acquisition executives and zonal project managers.

2 Operational Compliance & Documentation Governance

Ensure lease creation for all hand over take over (HOTO) -completed sites before ready for active installation (RFAI).
2. Ensure compliance with document collection requirements as per the defined checklist.
3. Escalate and resolve document, legal, or landlord issues through coordination with legal and compliance teams.
4. Ensure timely service order (SO) to hand over take over (HOTO) movement by addressing gaps in documentation and landowner agreements.

Customer Engagement

1. Own and manage all customer-facing approvals required for current site acquisition and readiness.
2. Act as the primary customer interface at the zonal level for acquisition-related coordination and escalations.
3. Drive closure of customer approvals through war rooms, customer visits, and structured follow-ups.
4. Work closely with the sales team at the zonal level to enable timely radio frequency approvals.
5. Coordinate with customer planning teams to align site feasibility, design inputs, and approval requirements.

4 Field Engagement & Acquisition Readiness
1. Monitor field productivity of acquisition field executives and ensure adequate visit coverage for service requests across zones.
2. Support field teams in resolving acquisition challenges and ensuring readiness for customer inspection.
3. Drive training, on-ground handholding, and capability building of acquisition field executives.
4. Ensure geo-tagging-based visit compliance and adoption of digital tools to strengthen field governance.
