Job Summary

We are looking for a cost-effective, entry-level Network/System Engineer to support and maintain our network infrastructure, servers and cloud resources.

The candidate will work closely with the Senior DevOps Engineer to keep network and systems running smoothly, assist with basic Azure cloud administration, and support day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Install, configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls.

● Monitor network and server performance, and troubleshoot connectivity or access issues.

● Perform basic administration of Windows/Linux servers, including patching, backups and user access.

● Assist with basic administration of Azure cloud resources (virtual machines, networking, storage) under guidance.

● Support LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure for the office.

● Help maintain network security practices, including VPN and firewall rule updates.

● Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity or hardware issues.

● Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations and standard operating procedures.

● Log and track incidents, and assist in basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

● Participate in rotational weekend/holiday support when required.

Requirements

● 0–2 years of experience in Network Administration, System Administration or IT Operations.

● Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP,



DNS, DHCP, routing and switching).

● Basic familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.

● Exposure to Azure cloud fundamentals will be an advantage.

● Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

● Willingness to learn; candidates seeking an entry-level, growth-oriented role are encouraged to apply.

Weekend/Holiday Support

● Rotational weekend coverage is required.

● Weekends are primarily Saturday, with occasional Sunday coverage.

● Weekend/Holiday work will be Work From Home.

● Work performed on weekends/holidays will be compensated through Weekly Comp Off.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
