About KhabrikKhabrik is an upcoming digital news platform by Aesthra Media, focused on meaningful storytelling and accessible Hindi journalism.
We’re looking for a Multimedia Producer with strong news judgment, excellent Hindi scriptwriting skills, and a passion for telling stories that matter.
You’ll be responsible for researching stories, developing editorial angles, writing scripts, and coordinating content production across Khabrik’s digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities? Research & pitch stories — Track breaking news, current affairs, and emerging developments. Identify original story ideas and relevant angles for Hindi-speaking audiences.
? Write compelling Hindi scripts — Create scripts for news packages, explainers, interviews, ground reports, YouTube videos, Shorts, and Reels.
? Verify facts & sources — Cross-check information, statements, data, and source material to ensure accuracy, balance, and credibility.
? Plan & coordinate production — Prepare story outlines, interview questions, visual references, and graphics briefs. Coordinate with reporters, anchors, and production teams to meet deadlines.
? Develop content packaging — Write headlines, thumbnail text, captions, and descriptions that attract attention while accurately representing the story.
? Review & improve output — Ensure factual accuracy, context, narrative flow, and editorial quality. Use audience feedback and performance insights to improve future coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent Hindi writing and communication skills
- Working proficiency in English for research
- Robust understanding of current affairs, politics, social issues, and public-interest journalism
- Experience in news research, scriptwriting, story development, or editorial production
- Ability to adapt stories for different digital formats
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related qualification is preferred
Relevant experience and a strong editorial portfolio are equally valuable. Preferred ExperienceExperience with Hindi digital newsrooms, original explainers, interview production, or field-report coordination will be an advantage.
