MRO Buyer – Manufacturing / EPC / Oil & Gas

Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) materials, spare parts, consumables, and engineering supplies for manufacturing, EPC, and Oil & Gas operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of MRO items and consumables.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Purchase mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, tools, PPE, and general maintenance items.
- Evaluate vendors and develop reliable supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, engineering, and project teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and compliance with approved specifications.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain,



or related field.
- Experience in MRO Procurement/Buying within Manufacturing, EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Engineering industries.
- Strong knowledge of industrial spare parts, consumables, and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹663,264.37 - ₹2,043,866.64 per year
