Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles involved in claims to assess damage and determine fault.
- Collaborate with adjusters, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., repair estimates, police reports) to identify trends and patterns related to vehicle accidents.
- Develop expertise in specific makes and models of vehicles to better understand their mechanics and performance characteristics.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or no prior work experience required; mechanical engineering or automotive-related degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical principles, including engine design, transmission systems, braking systems, etc.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control procedures is an asset.
