Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MPT Physiotherapist based in Bengaluru. The physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across musculoskeletal, neurological, and other relevant specialties.

Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment protocols as needed. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, health coaches, and other allied health professionals to support preventive care programs and rehabilitation pathways. The physiotherapist will also provide patient education on exercise, posture, injury prevention, and lifestyle modification, and may contribute to group sessions, workshops,



and digital follow-ups as part of Bridge Health’s integrated care model.

Qualifications

- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution, with valid registration/licensure as per local regulatory requirements.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of physiotherapy interventions across relevant specialties.
- Ability to use therapeutic modalities and exercise-based rehabilitation techniques safely and effectively.
- Experience in preventive healthcare, rehabilitation, or primary care settings is an advantage.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records and using electronic health record or digital documentation systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort with technology-enabled care, including telehealth support, remote monitoring, and digital patient engagement tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a structured caseload in a busy clinical environment.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and staying updated with current physiotherapy guidelines and research.
- Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Kannada) is beneficial for patient interaction.
