• Asset Management Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines—balancing quality and speed Organize, version, and maintain design files (PSDs, AEPs, assets) for easy collaboration Deliver assets on time, every time, while maintaining Offpaper's brand standards Own the end-to-end delivery of visual and motion content across all client touchpoints Must-Haves: 2+ years in agency or fast-paced creative environment Expert-level Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Proficient in Adobe After Effects (motion design is non-negotiable) Robust grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles Portfolio demonstrating social media design, motion graphics, reels, ads, and campaigns Experience in political content, campaign design,
