Position Overview

Cee Enn Promoters and Developers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business data, develop accurate MIS reports, and create professional management dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop interactive Excel dashboards for management reporting and performance tracking.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, variances, and key business insights.
- Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Prepare KPI, target vs. achievement, sales, collection, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with various departments for timely and accurate data collection.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Improve and streamline reporting processes through automation and standardized formats.

Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel with excellent command of formulas and functions.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Slicers, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
- Expertise in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH,



SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, and IFERROR.
- Strong dashboard creation and data visualization skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI / Power Query will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / BCA / MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or business operations.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge of Advanced Excel and Dashboard Development are encouraged to apply.
