Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MIS Analyst role based in Gurugram, specifically requiring experience in the solar industry. The MIS Analyst will collect, validate, and analyze operational and business data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for decision-making.

Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends or anomalies in solar project and operations data. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, improving existing reporting processes, and supporting management with actionable insights.



The MIS Analyst will also help optimize information systems and data workflows to enhance efficiency and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Information Systems and Systems Analysis to understand data structures, system integrations, and process improvements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Dashboard creation to build, maintain, and automate reports and visualizations.
- Relevant experience in the solar industry, including familiarity with solar project operations and performance metrics, is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to present insights clearly to management and stakeholders.
