- Planning, scheduling and Management of MEP projects within budgets Design knowledge.
- Preparation / review of material submittals and design / shop drawings Vendor assessment, bid evaluation, sub contractor selection and procurement of materials.
- Coordinate, manage and optimize resources both material and manpower Monitor, identify, analyze and control all project costs.
- Issuing instruction to Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC Engineer and MEP subcontractors to complete work in accordance with programme requirement.
- Coordinating meeting with MEP Coordinator and subcontractors to organize work on day to day, week to week basis .
- Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals.
- Follow up with various departments within company in all project related matters of the project operation.




- Ensure a successful completion of the project within the budget and on time.
- Responsible for all contractual issues related to the day to day running of the project.
- To evaluate the requirements of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same.
- Ensure timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approval.

DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE:

1. Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 15-20 years of experience in multi-story/high-rise buildings / commercial buildings
3. Experience from construction/MEP companies is required
4. Candidates should be ready to work in Amaravathi, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
