Medical Writer / Project Manager (Chinese Language Specialist) /n Location: On-site; Work from office /n Employment Type: Full time /n Role Overview: /n We are seeking healthcare professionals with strong Mandarin Chinese language skills and a solid understanding of medical and scientific concepts. The selected candidates will support medical communication, scientific documentation, healthcare projects, and cross-functional collaboration involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders. /n Depending on their experience and capabilities, candidates may be assigned as either a Medical Writer or a Project Manager within the organization. /n Key Responsibilities /n Medical Writer Track /n /n

- Author, review, and edit scientific, clinical, and medical content.

/n

- Translate and localize medical documents between Chinese and English.

/n

- Develop medical summaries, literature reviews, training materials, and educational content.

/n

- Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

/n

- Interpret clinical data and convert complex medical information into transparent and audience-appropriate communication.

/n

- Support publication, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and clinical research projects.

/n /n Project Manager Track /n /n

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of medical and healthcare projects.

/n

- Act as a liaison between clients, medical experts, translators, and operational teams.

/n

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

/n





- Review project documentation and ensure quality standards are maintained.

/n

- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare project reports.

/n

- Collaborate with Chinese-speaking partners, healthcare institutions, and clients.

/n /n Required Qualifications /n Education /n /n

- MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD, BSc/MSc Life Sciences, Nursing, Biotechnology, Public Health, or related healthcare discipline.

/n

- Candidates educated or having worked in China will be highly preferred.

/n /n Language Requirements /n /n

- Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

/n

- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in Chinese.

/n

- Good command of English for business and scientific communication.

- 1-4+ years of experience in any of the following:
