Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Ahmedabad and VADODARA.

The Medical Sales

Representative will be responsible for promoting Inner Peace’s approved medical and wellness products or services to healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness centers in the region. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing questions related to usage, benefits, and safety. The role involves building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, managing a sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, and preparing regular reports on market feedback and performance.

The Medical Sales

Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing initiatives, ensure accurate product information, and support training and educational activities for clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills,



both verbal and written, to present information clearly and build trust with clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine or healthcare concepts to understand product benefits and address clinical questions.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Pharmacy or pharmaceutical products, including dosage, indications, and compliance considerations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work independently in the field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in medical or wellness sales, and familiarity with the local healthcare market in Ahmedabad, will be an advantage.
