Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and increasing product awareness in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote and provide accurate information about the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Achieve assigned sales and product-promotion targets.
- Conduct regular field visits according to the assigned territory and schedule.
- Explain product features, benefits, indications, dosage information, and other approved product information.
- Follow up with doctors and customers to understand product requirements and feedback.
- Develop new customers and expand the company's presence within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required documentation.
- Participate in product training, sales meetings,



conferences, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Manage assigned territory effectively and maintain regular customer coverage.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of basic pharmaceutical and medical terminology.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good territory and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred/required depending on the territory.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred, also graduates can apply.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
