NW Aesthetics is a pan-India distributor of premium European aesthetic medical devices and injectables, part of a third-generation family healthcare business. We represent globally recognised brands including MShape (Italian multi-energy body & face contouring), NucleoSkin (Italian pharmaceutical-grade PDRN skin booster), Pink Booster, and other advanced aesthetic solutions used by leading dermatologists and aesthetic physicians across India.

We're looking for a driven Medical Representative to grow our presence across the Mumbai territory. You'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics, driving product adoption and revenue for our portfolio of premium aesthetic injectables and devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and aesthetic clinics across the assigned Mumbai territory on a regular call cycle
- Drive sales of NucleoSkin, Pink Booster, and other injectable/skinbooster products
- Support device demonstrations and pilot conversions for capital equipment (e.g., MShape)
- Build and maintain a doctor database with visit frequency tracking




- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report activity through CRM
- Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback
- Coordinate with clinics on order fulfilment, stock movement, and collections
- Represent the brand at CMEs, workshops, and clinic-level product trainings

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred); MBA is a plus
- 1-6 years of field sales experience in pharma, dermatology, or aesthetics
- Prior experience with companies like Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Glenmark, or Cipla Derma strongly preferred
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills with clinical audiences
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with high field mobility within Mumbai
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
