About the role

We are looking for a Medical Representative for a field-based role across Delhi NCR.

Key responsibilities:

- Visit hospitals and clinics across Delhi NCR
- Meet gynecologists, fertility specialists, oncologists and other doctors
- Introduce Cell Mate's services and build strong doctor relationships
- Develop and maintain a network of doctors
- Generate referrals and follow up with doctors
- Plan and manage daily field visits independently
- Maintain regular visit and follow-up records

What we're looking for:

- 0–3 years of experience in Medical Representative, Medical Sales, Pharma, Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, Medical Devices or similar field sales
- Prior experience visiting hospitals/clinics and interacting with doctors preferred




- Comfortable navigating hospitals and working independently in the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive Hindi and English
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR

Important: Training will also be provided. Salary: ₹2.4–4.2 LPA + performance incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
