Looking for Only Immediate Joiners to join our growing team for the US Healthcare / US Insurance Process.

Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake, Sector V (Work from Office)

Joining Date: On or before 3rd July

Who can apply?

Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Customer Support / International Voice Process

Knowledge of US Healthcare / Medical Billing preferred

Hands-on experience in US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification (added advantage)

Strong communication skills & customer-handling experience

Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Customer Support (BPO International calling experience is a must).

Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers /A.R callers (Added Advantage)

Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders with Good communication skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts (Primarily night shifts)

Please Note : This will be on Off-roll .
