We are looking for an experienced PR & Media Relations professional who has strong connections with journalists, editors, news portals, digital publications, and regional/national media houses.

The person will be responsible for building strong media visibility for our charitable foundation and its social impact initiatives, including donation drives, community work, campaigns, events, and success stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Get genuine news coverage and editorial features for the Foundation.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, reporters, and media houses.
- Pitch impactful Foundation stories to relevant news platforms.
- Coordinate press releases, interviews, founder/leadership features, and media interactions.
- Secure coverage across online news portals, newspapers, magazines, regional media, and digital publications.
- Identify strong PR opportunities around donation campaigns, social initiatives, milestones, and events.
- Maintain a media database and regularly follow up with relevant journalists.
- Track published articles and prepare a monthly PR coverage report.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management whenever required.

Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in PR,



Media Relations, Journalism, or Corporate Communications.
- Strong existing network of journalists, editors, reporters, and media professionals.
- Previous experience getting brands, NGOs, foundations, founders, or organizations featured in the media.
- Robust English & Hindi communication and story-pitching skills.
- Ability to turn Foundation activities into newsworthy stories.
- Existing relationships with regional and national publications will be highly preferred.

Preferred Experience 2–5+ years in PR / Media Relations

Candidates who already have a strong media network and can demonstrate previous successful news placements will be given preference.

We are looking for genuine and credible media coverage, not fake publications, misleading claims, or low-quality bulk article placements.
