MAWM Consultant Configurator & Integration Specialist

:

- Implement and configure Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into appropriate MAWM configurations, workflows, and system setups.
- Develop and support integrations between Manhattan WMS and external systems such as ERP, order management, transportation, and other warehouse applications.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MAWM-related production and implementation issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions.
- Perform configuration validation and testing of Manhattan solutions implemented by other teams/partners.
- Identify functional and technical gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend suitable solutions or improvements.
- Work on MAWM reporting,



including report configuration/development and data validation as required.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure solutions follow Manhattan Active best practices and meet business process requirements.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).
- Experience in MAWM configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of WMS integrations and interfacing with external systems.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, gap analysis, and defect resolution.
- Strong knowledge of MAWM Reporting.
- Valuable understanding of warehouse management processes such as inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role: MAWM Configurator & Integration Specialist Experience: 5+ years preferred.
