Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Massage Therapist to join our professional spa. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both Western and Ayurvedic massage therapies. This role requires a deep understanding of bodywork techniques, a high level of professionalism, and a passion for client wellness and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of massage treatments, including:
- Western techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage
- Ayurvedic techniques: Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Kizhi, Udvartana
- Assess client needs and customize treatments accordingly.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in treatment rooms and work areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms with the required oils, equipment, and ambiance.
- Provide aftercare advice and promote continued wellness practices.
- Recommend suitable spa products and therapies based on client needs.
- Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences.

Requirements:





- Certified Massage Therapist with training in both Western and Ayurvedic therapies.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional spa or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional skills in body scrubs, reflexology, or hot stone therapy.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic oils and their benefits.
- CPR or first aid certification is an advantage.
