ESSENTIAL

Provide architectural and interior design support for ongoing and upcoming projects, including guidance on product application and compatibility

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to align design recommendations with product specifications and application guidelines

Maintain and update the project database, ensuring accurate tracking of ongoing and completed projects

Assist in the preparation and compilation of project submittals (technical data sheets, product specifications, drawings, and related documentation) required for project approvals

Prepare architectural/interior design mock-ups, presentations, or renders to support client and project reviews

Transform technical project information into compelling and audience-friendly content

SECONDARY

Support the development of infographics, visual storytelling assets, project timelines,



diagrams, and marketing visuals.

Candidate preference

Robust understanding of architectural design principles, project life cycles, and construction terminology

2-3 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, or project support within the construction/building materials industry

Proficiency in architectural design/drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and MS Office; familiarity with project database and documentation tools

Experience maintaining project databases and assisting with project submittal documentation
