Job Summary:

PeeJay Max Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence, generate business opportunities, and support overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market presence, and business growth.
- Plan and execute digital, social media, offline, and promotional marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify recent marketing opportunities and develop strategies for customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales targets through effective marketing activities.
- Manage the company’s branding, promotional materials, events, exhibitions,



and marketing communications.
- Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and analyze campaign results to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline or MBA/PGDM in marketing.
- Experience 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or business development.
- Experience in manufacturing, building materials, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skill.
