Core Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy &
- Positioning:

Define and execute a cohesive brand identity that highlights our USP, ethical sourcing, and Ayurvedic heritage and personally drive execution of brand initiatives on ground, not just strategy on paper.

- Doctor Engagement: Arrange CMEs and get-togethers for Ayurvedic doctors, including end-to-end planning, vendor coordination, on-site setup, and hosting this is a hands-on execution role, not just planning from a desk.

- Product Launches &

- Packaging:

Collaborate on go-to-market strategy for new product lines target audience research, pricing, and packaging text and take ownership of execution through to shelf/market readiness.

- Ground Events &

- Activations:

Plan, set up, and personally attend local wellness expos and seminars to connect directly with consumers includes physical setup, stall management, and being present on-site for the full duration of the event.

- Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with the existing Sales Team across various locations aligning marketing activities with ground sales priorities, sharing market/competitor feedback, supporting them with collateral and doctor/customer engagement, and ensuring marketing execution is synced with what sales teams are seeing on the ground.

- Performance Tracking: Manage a modest marketing budget effectively, track ROI on activations/events, and optimize strategies based on real ground-level results.

- Competitor Analysis: Keep a regular track of competitor activity, starting with identifying actual competitors category-wise, and translate findings into actionable inputs for sales and product teams.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D;, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure marketing plans are practical, executable,



and aligned with ground realities not just theoretical plans.

Note: This is a hands-on role the Marketing Manager is expected to personally execute activations, doctor engagements, and events on ground, working in close coordination with the Sales Team, rather than only overseeing strategy remotely.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences. A certification or deep foundational knowledge in Ayurveda/herbal science is a massive plus.

- Experience: 710 years of proven marketing experience at a senior level, ideally within the ayurvedic, wellness, FMCG, herbal, or organic skincare space. Prior experience working within a small business or founder-led environment is highly preferred, along with a demonstrated track record of personally executing (not just planning) ground activities such as events, launches, or field campaigns.

- Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of basic Ayurvedic terminology, herbs, and standard health/regulatory compliances relevant to Ayurvedic and herbal products.

- Execution &
- Field Readiness:

Comfortable working hands-on at the ground level setting up stalls, coordinating with vendors and doctors on-site, and troubleshooting on the spot rather than only directing from an office.

- Soft Skills: Excellent storytelling and copywriting capabilities, an agile problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with R&D;, Sales, and Manufacturing.

- Coordination: Proven ability to align and coordinate effectively with existing, geographically spread-out sales teams to ensure marketing plans translate into on-ground results.

- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across North India covering locations old and current, wherever the existing Sales Team and Supply Chain are present, as well as new markets.
