About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support brand growth and marketing initiatives. The role involves brand building, marketing strategy, consumer engagement, market research, product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Support brand positioning, brand-building initiatives, and marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support new product launches and product development initiatives.
- Manage customer engagement initiatives and brand communication.
- Plan and coordinate BTL and ATL activities
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing reports.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and multiple projects.

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Consumer Marketing.
- Experience with FMCG, Consumer Products, D2C, or E-commerce preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Solid understanding of brand building, consumer behaviour, and market research.
- Experience in product launches, marketing campaigns, ATL/BTL, or on-ground activities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
