About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Generalist to support the launch and ongoing marketing activities for the Suvasa project in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute BTL and on-ground marketing activities across Hyderabad.
- Coordinate society activations, kiosks, events, branding, leaflets and other promotional activities.
- Identify new local partnerships and lead-generation opportunities.
- Coordinate with printers, event agencies, creative agencies, outdoor media agencies and other vendors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate commercials and coordinate timely execution.
- Work with performance marketing teams on Meta, Google and other digital campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, leads and key marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for campaign creatives and marketing collateral.
- Support customer events, property visits and community events.




- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to track Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking conversions.
- Prepare regular reports covering spends, leads, qualified leads, CPL, CPQL and CPSV.
- Conduct market research on Hyderabad real estate and senior living markets.
- Track competitor activities, campaigns, pricing and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, consumer brands, healthcare, retail or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong execution and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital/performance marketing.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for site visits, activations, events and meetings.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
