Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Marketing Executives based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and nurturing leads, promoting the firm’s financial, tax, and compliance services, and supporting client acquisition campaigns across multiple sectors.

Marketing

Executives will conduct market research, build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings, and present solutions to prospective clients. Daily tasks include visiting potential clients, explaining service benefits, preparing basic proposals and presentations, tracking inquiries,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also includes supporting digital and offline marketing activities, attending events and meetings as required, and contributing to overall brand visibility and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust marketing and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and basic negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess communication skills such as clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex services in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess market research and analysis skills, including understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess organizational and reporting skills, such as maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and using CRM or similar tools.
- Candidates should possess basic digital marketing awareness, including familiarity with social media, email campaigns, and professional networking platforms.
- Relevant experience in B2B marketing, professional services, consulting, or financial services is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site and travel locally for client meetings.
- Self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be beneficial for success in this role.
