? Position: Medical Field Executive

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Qualification: Any Graduate

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

? Location: Bengaluru Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals & healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular field visits and develop referral networks
- Identify and onboard current referral doctors and potential referral sources
- Promote ophthalmology services, consultants, treatments & facilities
- Generate and increase OPD, diagnostic & surgical patient referrals
- Follow up with referring doctors and coordinate for referred patients
- Participate in health camps, exhibitions, events & promotional activities
- Maintain field-visit reports, leads & follow-up records
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets
