Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 4–6 years of proven experience in Raw poultry/ cattle feed sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing technical support to poultry farmers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify and onboard new clients including poultry farms, dealers, and distributors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:





- 4-6 years of experience in Raw poultry/ cattle feed sales.
- Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and farming practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
