Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) We are looking for a confident and friendly PRO to handle parent enquiries and support the admission process. The candidate will interact with parents, explain school/course details, follow up on enquiries, collect admission leads, and maintain enquiry records.
Responsibilities
- Handle parent enquiries and provide information.
- Generate and capture admission leads.
- Follow up with prospective parents.
- Support the admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records.
- Build good relationships with parents.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills.
- Friendly and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in admissions, sales, or customer relations is preferred.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Iyyappanthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
