Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns to promote NOVARCH’s architectural and consulting services, including managing content for digital and print channels.

The Marketing

Coordinator will support sales initiatives, assist with proposal preparation, and maintain marketing collateral and project portfolios. Daily tasks include organizing events and presentations, coordinating client outreach,



tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with project teams to highlight key project achievements. The role also requires maintaining brand consistency, managing social media and website updates, and supporting general marketing administration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create transparent, engaging content and interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic marketing skills to support lead generation, proposal development, and client relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate presentations, client events, and marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in architecture, urban design, or construction industry marketing is an advantage.
