About the Role

Rich Global Edu is looking for a dynamic, confident and highly presentable Marketing Communications Executive who can effectively communicate and present our products and services to students, parents, healthcare professionals, hospitals, schools, colleges and other institutions.

The major responsibility of this position is to understand our products and services thoroughly and communicate their value clearly and professionally to different audiences.

Communication may be conducted over the telephone, face-to-face, through individual meetings, group presentations, seminars, webinars, Zoom meetings and institutional presentations.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating ideas, giving presentations and representing an organisation professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a thorough understanding of Rich Global Edu's products, services and career solutions.
- Explain our services clearly and convincingly to students, parents, professionals and institutional representatives.
- Handle one-to-one consultations and presentations.
- Conduct telephone and video-call presentations.
- Conduct group presentations, seminars and information sessions.
- Deliver professional presentations through Zoom, Google Meet and other online platforms.
- Visit schools and colleges to conduct career awareness programmes and presentations.
- Interact with school and college management, principals, faculty members and coordinators.
- Meet hospitals, healthcare organisations and other institutional clients when required.
- Present relevant services and proposals to institutional representatives.
- Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, seminars, workshops and promotional events.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and institutions.




- Conduct systematic follow-ups after meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings between prospective institutional clients and senior management.
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, proposals, brochures and other communication materials.
- Represent Rich Global Edu professionally at meetings and external events.

Candidate Requirements We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Confidence speaking in front of individuals as well as groups.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain information in a straightforward and convincing manner.
- Good relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva or similar presentation tools.
- Confidence conducting Zoom and online presentations.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and presentations.
- Willingness to visit schools, colleges, hospitals and other institutions.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for meetings and presentations.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas would be preferred:

However, candidates from other industries with excellent communication, presentation and public-speaking abilities are encouraged to apply.

This is not purely a desk-based marketing position.

The candidate should be comfortable meeting people, travelling to institutions and standing in front of an audience to confidently present Rich Global Edu and its services.
