Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and suggest new marketing and business growth ideas to increase student enquiries and brand awareness. Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing and local promotional activities. Build relationships with colleges, coaching classes, IELTS/PTE institutes and referral partners.

Plan and coordinate seminars, student events, promotional campaigns and other lead-generation activities. Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into counselling appointments. Identify current opportunities, partnerships and marketing channels for business growth.

Coordinate with the social media team to plan campaigns and promotions that generate quality leads. Maintain lead records, track conversions and provide regular updates on marketing activities. Research competitors and current study-abroad market trends and suggest new strategies.

Take ownership of assigned marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
