Marketing & Lead Generation Expert Company Description

JASIQ Labs Pvt. Ltd. is an AI-native product engineering company that builds scalable software systems and digital solutions for businesses. We work across SaaS platforms, mobile applications, websites, web applications, AI solutions, cloud applications, business automation, and custom software development.

We are looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Expert who can take ownership of our end-to-end marketing activities and client lead generation for our IT products and services.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing & Lead Generation Expert at JASIQ Labs.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing activities and, most importantly, generating qualified leads and business opportunities for our IT services and digital solutions.

The role will involve identifying target markets and potential clients, researching businesses and decision-makers, exploring different lead-generation channels, developing marketing strategies, executing outreach campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into clients.

Our key focus is lead generation and client acquisition , rather than simply running social media pages or advertisements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for JASIQ Labs.
- Generate qualified B2B leads for our IT services and digital solutions.
- Identify potential clients, industries, businesses, and decision-makers.
- Explore and implement different lead-generation channels and strategies .
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns .
- Perform prospect research and targeted business outreach.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.

- ? Website Development
- ? Web Application Development

- ? Other Digital & IT Solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify, nurture, and hand over leads.
- Track lead sources, lead quality, conversions, and marketing performance.
- Continuously test new marketing and lead-generation approaches to improve results.

What We're Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of marketing and lead generation concepts .
- Ability to research and identify potential B2B clients.
- Good understanding of different digital channels for client acquisition.
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Ability to create targeted marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on qualified leads and business opportunities .
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and explore new ways to generate leads.
- Experience with CRM, lead-generation tools, LinkedIn, email outreach, analytics, or other marketing tools will be an advantage.

Important This role is not limited to social media management or running advertisements .
