The Market Research Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, researching market trends, engaging with decision-makers, and supporting business growth by suggesting suitable software solutions and improve their business processes.

Responsibility

 Conduct market research using LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify potential leads and organizations.  Reach out to decision-makers to understand their existing processes and software usage.  Analyse client requirements and suggest relevant software solutions to help automate business processes.  Maintain and update client and lead details in the CRM system accurately.  Prepare, update, and send proposals to prospective clients.  Ensure regular database updates and follow-ups as required.  Coordinate with internal teams to share market insights and lead information.
