Hylenr Technologies is a deep-tech energy company developing Lattice Confinement Fusion (LCF) technology for next-generation industrial heat, distributed electricity generation, space power, and advanced-energy applications.
Role Overview The Market Research Analyst will work closely with Hylenr's founders and senior leadership to build a strong understanding of the US fusion, advanced-energy, investor, customer, and strategic partnership ecosystem.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and profiling potential investors, maintaining the investor pipeline, conducting market and competitor research, preparing management briefing materials, supporting fundraising activities, and tracking developments across the fusion and advanced-energy sectors.

Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following or a related discipline:

MBA or specialized qualifications in energy, finance, or technology management would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Investor Relations
- Investment Research
- Market Research
- Fundraising
