Role Description The Manager – Third-Party Manufacturing & Procurement is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees third-party manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with production plans, quality standards, and brand requirements. The manager will coordinate with contract manufacturers, manage procurement of raw materials and packaging, and monitor production schedules to maintain timely supply.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supervising quality control checks, negotiating with suppliers, tracking costs,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, marketing, and finance to support new product launches and ongoing portfolio management.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient, cost-effective output and reliable supply.
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to coordinate third-party plants and streamline processes.
- Solid understanding of Quality Control practices to maintain product standards and regulatory compliance.
- Proven skills in vendor management, negotiation, and procurement of raw materials and packaging.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements across manufacturing and supply chain activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or related consumer products manufacturing and procurement is preferred.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
