WE ARE HIRING | HEAD – YOUTUBE OPERATIONS Rajshri Entertainment Private Limited | Mumbai Rajshri Entertainment Private Limited is looking for an experienced Head – YouTube Operations to lead the growth, audience development and operations of its YouTube network. The role will be responsible for driving YouTube performance across the network, with a strong focus on views, watch time, subscriber growth, content programming, analytics and overall channel health.

Key Responsibilities • Lead YouTube operations and audience growth across Rajshri’s network of channels.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase views, watch time, subscribers and engagement.
- Manage the operations and growth of Rajshri’s flagship YouTube channel.
- Lead and mentor a team of YouTube Channel Managers.
- Oversee YouTube CMS, Content ID, claims and channel-related operations.
- Analyse YouTube Analytics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Plan and execute YouTube advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Manage interactions with YouTube partners and platform representatives.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Content Acquisition, Social Media and Creative teams.
- Drive content programming, metadata optimisation and consistent publishing schedules.




- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of published content, metadata, creatives and performance.
- Ensure the overall health, compliance and performance of YouTube channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to senior management.

Candidate

Profile • 8+ years of relevant experience in YouTube Operations, Digital Media, Content Distribution or Entertainment.

- Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels at scale.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics, CMS, Content ID, copyright and monetisation.
- Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Robust analytical, strategic and communication skills.
- Experience in Media, Entertainment, OTT, Broadcasting or Digital Content will be preferred.
