NAbout the Role

nAjanta Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development (LatAm) to support and grow our business across Latin American markets.

NThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B business development, distributor/partner management, commercial negotiations and market analysis, along with a good understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin American markets.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate B2B partners and distributors and manage relationships with external partners.

- Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal,



Finance and Supply Chain.

- Evaluate and analyze market data to identify new product and business opportunities.
N
- Develop business modelsand prepare P&L; for potential opportunities.
N
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Chile.

nCandidate Profile

- B.Pharm / MBA qualification.
N
- 7–9 years of relevant experience for Manager level.
N
- 10–12 years of relevantexperience for Sr. Manager level.
N
- Strong experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Experience in distributor/partner identification and relationship management.
N
- Robust commercial negotiation and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of Latin American markets and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
