Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Manager – Business Development based in Mumbai. The Manager – Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities,



building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role will involve market analysis, lead generation, proposal development, and participation in client meetings and pitches.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to create and implement business strategies, ensuring successful project acquisition and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, marketing, and strategic planning skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and key account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and deliver results
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Relevant experience within commercial interiors, design & build, or related industries is highly desirable
