Role Overview A leadership position driving policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives across key financial verticals—including Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, FinTech, and Private Equity. This role manages committee operations, leads policy research, drives revenue through events/projects, and represents industry viewpoints to government and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

- Policy Advocacy & Research:

Identify core policy issues, conduct regulatory impact analyses, and author white papers, policy notes, and briefing materials for government interactions.

- Stakeholder & Regulatory Relations:

Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior industry leaders, regulators (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI), and the Ministry of Finance.

- Committee Management:

Direct active financial task forces, draft agendas/minutes, and track actionable outcomes.





- Events & Business Development:

Lead conferences, CEO delegations, and workshops while managing P&L; goals via sponsorships and funded research projects.

- Team Leadership:

Mentor and manage a small team of 1–2 professionals.

Key Requirements

- Domain Expertise:

Deep understanding of one or more areas: Banking, NBFCs, Capital Markets, Insurance, FinTech, PE/VC, or GCCs.

- Core Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and contemporary financial affairs knowledge.

- Preferred Experience:

Prior exposure to public policy advocacy, regulatory consulting, P&L; management, or working directly with financial regulators and government ministries.
