A strong candidate with required skillset (managed large programme’s in the capacity of Programme Manager) is critical for the project.

- Experience in developing business cases, proposals, presentations and other high impact documents for meetings and events being undertaken.

- Should have delivered projects with medium complexity and scope.

- Strong relationship management and program / change / project management skills.

- Lead business Change Investment prioritization and planning for the years ahead, in alignment with business or workstream strategy.

The BA will support operating model transformation by documenting current-state processes, identifying pain points, and defining future-state operational processes for the Commercial Cards re-platforming program.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct AS-IS operational process analysis across functions and regions.

- Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and pain points.

- Support future-state process design and operational transformation initiatives.

- Facilitate workshops with operations teams and business stakeholders.





- Define business requirements and operational capabilities.

- Support operating model design and process optimization activities.

- Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to implement target-state solutions.

- Support implementation, testing, and transition activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–11 years of BA experience within Banking and Financial Services.

- Strong background in Banking Operations Business Analysis.

- Experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and operational transformation.

- Ability to perform gap analysis and future-state solutioning.

- Robust workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience documenting business processes and operating procedures.

Preferred Skills

- Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Lending, or Cards Operations experience.

- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.

- Knowledge of target operating model concepts.
