Role Summary:

We are looking for a team-handling Manager/Sr. Manager to own end-to-end US healthcare onboarding and compliance, with strong employee engagement and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, compliance & BGV processes.
- Lead, coach and manage the onboarding/compliance team, drive employee engagement (30–40%), performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare/client requirements and review BGV & compliance documents.
- Manage mandatory screenings including Drug Screen, EDD/CDD, Felony, SAM, OFAC, FDLE, Joint Commission & SHH.
- Bullhorn experience is mandatory – manage onboarding, compliance records and system updates.
- Handle client-facing communication, escalations,



reporting and stakeholder management.
- Ensure onboarding and compliance SLAs, quality and audit readiness.
- Drive process improvement and ensure adherence to SOPs and client requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–12+ years of experience in US healthcare onboarding/compliance/BGV/credentialing/staffing.
- Strong team handling and people management experience.
- Hands-on Bullhorn experience – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance and BGV processes.
- Experience with Drug Screening, EDD/CDD, Felony, SAM, OFAC, FDLE, Joint Commission & SHH.
- Robust client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret compliance/BGV documents.
- Flexible to work in US shifts.
